Williams and Francis J. Gorman
. Dave and Frank have a combined total of over 50 years of legal
experience.
Dave's practice concentrates in business and construction litigation,
insurance
coverage, intellectual property law, maritime and marine financing,
commercial,
technology and tort law. He is a graduate of the Georgetown University
Law
Center and Princeton University. Frank is a member of the American
College
of Trial Lawyers and his practice focuses on insurance defense, general
business
litigation and intellectual property law. He is also a graduate of
Georgetown
University Law Center and Georgetown's School of Foreign Service.
Charles L. Simmons, Jr. is a graduate of the
University of Baltimore School of Law where he was
an Associate Editor on the University of Baltimore Law Review. Charles
concentrates
his practice in insurance defense, intellectual property law, general
business
litigation and commercial law. Michael S. Yang
is a graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law where he was
the Managing Editor of the Intellectual Property Law Journal. Michael
focuses
his practice in intellectual property and technology law.
Martin B. King is a graduate of the University of Baltimore School
of Law. Prior to joining
Gorman & Williams, Marty spent thirteen years in public accounting,
and
since 1993, he has focused his practice on corporate business
transactions,
estates and trusts, taxation, commercial law, maritime financing, and
general
business matters. P. Chistian Dorsey is a
graduate of University of Baltimore School of Law. Christian focuses his
practice in the areas
of commercial tort and contract claims, real estate disputes, and
professional liability cases. The
firm also has a staff of dedicated legal personnel.
The
firm has an extensive network of attorney relationships throughout the
United States and overseas which permits a range of services far beyond
the
Washington, D.C. and Baltimore, Maryland metropolitan areas. Gorman
